Context

Suzanne, Sales Manager at Data ESN (fictional), asked me to respond to a call for applications from Aéroworld (fictional), a global leader in aerospace, looking for a project manager Data Analyst to lead innovation and manage a team.
My objective: design an online portfolio reflecting my consultant mindset, technical skills, and soft skills, including business deliverables expected by Aéroworld.

Datasets

• Business needs analysis (template) – Word model provided by Data ESN to formulate the problem, challenges, and objectives.
• Portfolio specifications (Aéroworld) – PDF detailing technical, functional, and regulatory constraints (GDPR, Data Lake) and project KPIs.
• Example of functional specs framework – PPT sample to structure scope, UX, features, schedule, and budget.
• Mind map – draft of idea organization to define the project (steps, priority deliverables, skills to demonstrate).

Workflow

• Business needs analysis & specs: fill in the template (Word) to formalize the Aéroworld problem, SMART objectives, constraints (data volume, GDPR, existing IS), and technical/functional specs.
• Project planning: create a Gantt chart listing 5 key steps (mind map validation, functional specs, mockup, technical deliverables, mock defense).
• Mock-up: wireframe design for two dashboards (tech watch & profile presentation) via Figma/Miro or hand-drawn, validated by mentor.
• Dashboards on Tableau Software or Power BI (CMS authentication, GitHub Pages hosting).
• Training video (Loom) of at least 8 minutes explaining how to build a sample chart.
• Documentation: tech watch procedure, user guide for dashboards, GDPR & security guarantees (Opquast, W3C).
• Portfolio integration: assemble pages (profile, projects, deliverables, blog) in a CMS (Jekyll/Gatsby/GitHub Pages) with ergonomic navigation.
